We are delighted to announce that Michael Rosenlew has joined the company as a new investor and is proposed to be elected to the Board of Directors as a non-executive member at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Michael Rosenlew brings extensive experience from the European investment and industrial sectors. As former CEO of Industri Kapital AB, he has led and advised numerous successful growth companies across Europe. He has also served as a non-executive board member of several listed companies in the Nordic region, such as Caverion Oyj, where he was Chairman of the Board of Directors. His strategic insight, governance expertise, and international network will be highly valuable as Covr Security continues its expansion journey.
